Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Delaware

I have been paying on my loans since - and I am being told that I am unable to get cosigner release. Also I am unable to refinance my private student loans because of unsatisfactory credit ratings. My cosigner is unable to help me pay as he is in -. In my promissory note it mentions that " auto default '' is possible if my cosigner passes away. I am currently on a 3 % interest rate reduction program and though the payments are high it is more manageable than the principal & interest or entire balance being due. Please help as the Navient representatives are not helpful at all in keeping my payments and loan account in good standing.
