Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Michigan

I have a student loan with -/JP Morgan CHASE BANK. First part of accont number is -. My name is - -. Was - - at time of loan. My account is currently in deferral. I have contacted this company on several occasions. - sends me back to JP Morgan Chas and JP Morgan Chase sends me back to ACS. I can not get any assistance with this matter. On - of 2013 my student loan was reported as ok. Then on - 2013 my loan is reported as sixty days late! This is impossible. How can you be 60 days late when you were ok the month prior. I am currently applying to - school. This 60 late is incorrect and needs to be removed from my credit report.
