I have a PayPal credit account. The credit account includes credit from PayPal directly, and a link to my - credit card. I once paid a PayPal credit bill using direct pay from my bank account. On - -, PayPal, without my consent, or any notice to me, debited my bank account for a PayPal credit transaction. I never gave authority for PayPal to ever directly charge my bank account.
