I called over 3 times to try to get an answer for why this was done to no avail. I cancelled the credit line and did sign an affadavit. I was told very nastily that I better pay this amount plus a finance charge and $25.00 late few. I see that they have paid you a fine of $25.00 -. I think that they are up to their old tricks. Paypal Credit ( formerly known as Bill Me Later ) has an ongoing feature that if you spend over $99.00 on an single purchase, you can take advantage of their no interest no payment feature for 6 months. Credit card billing disputes March 1, 2016 - Pal Pal Credit line made encouraged my response on every purchase to use their credit plan and defer payments for 6 mo with no interest. At the end of that 6 mo all the accrued interest was charged.
