I took out a loan with One Main Financial and paid it on time, I applied to have my home refinanced and part of the requirements of the loan was for me to pay off One Main Financial. I told the I would be paying the off and needed a pay of amount. on -/-/- I received a letter from them ( attached ) with the payoff amount of - for - -, - and said there would be a interest amount of $5.00 everyday after that. I paid $8500.00 on - -, -. They did n't tell me anything after that and I asked for a receipt or printout of what was paid. On the print out it said I owed them $350.00 more with no explanation and the charged me a late fee win I was paying interest for everyday I was late. I will send attachments.
