I had a loan with Wells Fargo Bank that I had been paying on for years. I had - loans. ( 1 ) Mortgage payment, ( 2 ) - charge card, ( 3 ) installment loan. I had paid faithfully until I was - and was in an accident. I am also in a - and unable to get around well alone. I am also a Senior Citizen. I explained to Wells Fargo Collections Dept. before they contacted me and let them know I was having a hard time paying them in - due to unexpected hospital bills and Doctor bills. I asked them if they would waive the interest or late fees until I could catch up and I would make payments so I would not be too far behind. They said no. I was behind in - and -. I finally borrowed the money to get them off of my back so I would not be continuously harassed.


$300.00 in my checking account to cover - other bills, - for $100.00 and - for $150.00. On -/-/2016 I checked my balance and I only had $28.00 left but I knew the - checks that I had paid on the other - accounts had not been paid. I checked and realized Wells Fargo - Department had pulled out another payment, plus late charges plus interests. After I had paid them - payments they took another -. this prevented my other checks from clearing. I contacted the bank to express my dissatisfaction with what had happened to me and I was told there was nothing anyone could do because The Collections Department was a separate department. They told me I could file a claim which I did but the Collections Department said they could put the money back when they got ready and they were going to take 10 business days before they did that. It is now -/-/2016, My account is at - $150.00 they added a bounce check fee on top of the money they took out of my account which they should never had gotten. My main concern is I only get $- from Social Security and my house note is $760.00 per month. which is paid to Wells Fargo every month. The collections department knows this and has access to my account. They know what a hardship I am having and for them to know how much I am struggling with the illnesses that I have is abuse and heartless. I am afraid that if they have not put my money back in the bank by the - I could not pay my house note and could get behind which would possibly lead to foreclosure. This is not fair to me since I have tried to get some help from Wells Fargo and there does not seem to be any help available. I have outstanding debts from collection departments from the hospital, doctor 's offices, collections departments and every where else. I need to be advised or put in touch with a lawyer that can help me without charging a fee which I can not afford to pay.
