Over the past two days, I have received no less than - letters from Discover Bank Customer Service saying " We were unable to verify the identity of all Account holders ; therefore, we were unable to open your new Discover Account. '' I have never tried to open an account with Discover. All the letters say the same thing and are dated - -, 2016. I have called Discover at the number listed on the letter, - and they said to get in touch with the Credit Bureau. They could n't give me any more information.
