I lost my job back in - of 2015 I have been looking for work but I am also a single full time father of - children. I have been paying my bills though they may be late they are all getting paid. Navient who handles my private loans every time I speak to them and I think something is resolved I get a phone call 20 days later and they tell me things are late and payments have not been made. This month I have now spoke to - different people. including - supervisors. - supervisors also gave me - different answers. The - phone representatives gave different answers. I am trying to keep everything from being 30 days over due. I have had - people say they were reapplying payments - of which was a supervisors after I spoke to the first supervisor he assured me things were caught up and handled. Today I spoke to a different supervisor and he tells me my account is past due including an amount from - 2015. When I asked him to pull the phone records he refused at this point I became upset and requested them and said I had to go through court. When I again proceeded to tell him then go back and check the phone records from his previous supervisor he refused and I called him incompetent he hung up on me.
