Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida

I co-signed on this vehicle, this case went to court in front of a judge and he adjured for this case to be dismissed. Ford Motor Credit 4 years after keeps reporting current late monthly payments after this was ordered to be dismissed by a judge. I need these folks to be told that this is illegal and they can not be doing this.
