I just got a letter from a collection agency saying I owe - $74.00 I called the collection agency who told me i need to straighten it out with -. After over an hour on the phone with and talking to - different CSR 's they all tell me they have no record of me ever having an account with them and there is nothing they can do. the collection agency told me they are scheduled to report this to the credit bureau within 30 days
