I bought a netspend debit visa card and they ask for name, address, date of birth, social security number this is a identity theft in the making. And when told NO these people set limits to you which I could not pay an important bill online nor get my money back. Then they tell you they ca n't reverse it. Custom service is poor and keep you on hold for long periods of time ... ..I should n't have to give my social security with all this identity theft out here to use money I put on a card. I 'm very hurt by this I filled ripped off and taken advantage of by netspend
