RS Clark located in -, T- was attempting to collect a debt that I was not aware was owed to a specialty clinic. I requested to have more detailed information of proof of debt since my father has the same name as me and was wondering if it belonged to my father or myself. While evaluating the documentation they provided they did not allow enough time for me to verify the debt with the specialty clinic so I went ahead and paid twice, one payment was mailed through regular mail, RS Clark claimed they did not receive, the second attempt of payment was made electronically with that RS Clark agreed that they would not report any derogatory information to the credit bureaus. RS Clark still went ahead and filed a derogatory collection information with all three credit bureaus.
