I went on the - - credit card website after reviewing my bank account for the last two months. There was no payment made to this company. I reviewed my email account and I checked my mail to see if there were any statements from the past few months. There was nothing. In addition, I have not received any phone calls from " - - Credit Card '' advising to call them. I then review my credit bureau. To my dismay and shock, I was reported delinquent by this company. I have - other - - -. I have ones that send email statements and I have ones that send physical statements. I called - - last night as asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to an escalations representative. He obviously was having a bad day or he just was n't interested in talking. He was very defensive in his tone and when I explained that I had n't received statements or calls, his response to me was that the statements are courtesy and are not needed to make the payment. For me, they are a reminder that the payment is due - as it is for

I called and spoke to -, another escalations rep even though I asked to speak to a supervisor, reviewed my information and advised everything is correct. She also stated that phone calls were placed. I asked for the phone number they would be calling from. I also advised that I have n't received calls or voicemails. I find it interesting that of all the accounts I have with - Bank, this is the only - I amhaving issues with.
