I have had my capital one Mastercard since -/-/- and the payment protection plan but was never told of the benefits and I was out of work from -/-/- until -/-/-. Then thought it was cancelled but it never was. I called in -/-/- when - but was never told about unemployment or - protection just hardship. I also have a journey card have had for past 3.5 years. I had plan put on that but when I called today it had never been activated. When I called today because I have been out of work still for - and unemployment they said I was never put on and that ca n't get anymore. I really need and needed the help to pay with bills and credit cards since had to put food and things on.
