TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Florida

The creditor filed on my report that I cosigned for a loan. I never cosigned for anyone. They provided Transunion a copy of the contract which show I was denied for a loan and never cosigned for anyone. All other credit agencies have removed the creditor ( - ) and they have refuse to remove even when proof has been provided. I have submitted more that five disputes and they return an answer within 5 days stating its correct. I 've also filed a claim in court and added this item to my bankruptcy to have it cleared before the federal courts and informed Trans Union that it is my by chapter - bankruptcy and they still continue to report the balance on my report while in bankruptcy.
