I have come across an item on my credit report that does not belong to me. An account was opened fraudulently without any acknowledgement ; In other words this account was not opened with my authority or consent and I am unaware of this account ; the balance reported or am I responsible for any debts occurred on this account. Please provide me with the application for service agreement verifying my authorization of the account in question.
