Medical Disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt
Continental Credit Control Debt collection department,
Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt California
I received a notice from Continental Credit Control stating that I owed money for medical services. I promptly wrote back stating that I denied this debt, and asked them to provide me billing statements, when they obtained this debt, an itemized statement, did they bill my insurance, etc. I wrote to them twice. I did not receive the information I asked for. Instead I only received something that looks like billing codes from the doctor 's office. I then received a notice from Continental Credit Control that they were going to report this debt on my credit report. I think they have a duty to provide me with the requested information before they can take further action.
