On - -, 2015 I had prepaid for a rental car $210.00 and once I picked the car up I was charged another $350.00. Since I was double charged, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute against the charges and returned the rental car. I was refunded the $350.00, however the $210.00 has been refunded and withdrawn from my account on three separate occasions even though I have mailed, faxed and took copies of documentation to the actual branch office. I have yet to receive the credit to my account of the $210.00 and due to them continuing to credit and then withdrawal the $210.00, I have had incurred additional insufficient fund fees. I have spoken with multiple individuals, including a branch manager and have been treated terribly and received no resolve.
