I applied for an apartment at - but my application was denied for an apartment. I received a letter stating I was not approved. The apartment complex is saying I owe administrative cost because I was approved and did not move in. I have forwarded the debt collector my letter where I was denied and they continue to try to collect and the apartment complex wo n't remove the debt either.
