-/-/17 I ORDERED furniture from - - - ( - ) in - - UT. The furniture was to be paid for with an - - - DBA - Bank. I was required to pay for the 'Taxes ' up-front. This was done with my Well Fargo Credit Card in the amount of $100.00. Approximately a month later upon the estimated delivery date, I learned the furniture had not been ordered. In the interim I was first told the chairs were not available, then after research on my own this was not correct. A new sofa was to be ordered with the chairs. None of this happened. The 'floor model ' sofa was retained for my order. - - was unable to provide the services/furniture as expected and could not provide any additional information on the order. Phone calls sent me to warehouse were there was nothing for delivery. The manager refused to talk with me. My sales rep could not provide me with any solid answers for status. The order was NOT cancelled by me, it could not be delivered by - -. - - continued to bill Synchrony Bank. I disputed the charges. Synchrony Bank ruled in my


what was retained for my order was 'SOLD AS IT WITH NO RETURNS '. I did not order the 'floor model ' and it was never delivered to be attempted to return. I submitted a dispute with Synchrony that was ruled in my favor. I submitted a dispute with Wells Fargo of the 'Tax ' charges and was denied for reason stated about. I reopened the dispute providing Synchrony Bank 's decision and to date have not received a reply. I do not have evidence of the Wells Fargo dispute documents. The Wells Fargo system removes documents after a small window of opportunity.
