Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Illinois

Hello my name is - -. I applied for my credit report on line from Annual Credit Report.com. I filled out all of the information sheets. - and Trans Union wanted a questionnaire filled out of personal info I should known. I filed the form out and - refused to give me my on line report - wanted me to write in for the report. I fill they are discriminating and would like to file charges. Please follow up so I 'll know what to do how to file.
