When I called Navient and inquired about the " Rate Reduction Program, '' supervisor - whose employee code is -, said, " We do not offer rate reduction program. '' When I told him that according to several websites ( NOT affiliated with Navient ) that educate students on how they can pay off their private student loans that Navient DOES offer rate reduction program, he said, " You do not quality for it. '' When I asked him why I do not quality for it, he said, " We do not disclose it. '' When I told him I want to know why I do not quality for it, he said, " We do not have to explain why. '' When I asked him, " What do you mean you do not have to explain why? I want to know why I do not quality for the rate reduction program as I am not able to make my monthly payments due to financial hardship?
