In - when my credit report was run by a mortgage lender on - -, - I was advised that an entity " Jefferson Capital System LLC '' had an account with an open date of -/-/-. This was a debt that was purchase from - that was in dispute in - -. I did not receive a letter in the mail until - -, - ; dated - -, -. This company not only falsified an account open and closed dated, but also did not notify me by mail, and pushed the first reported delinquency date of the account to - -. Please could I get some help with this matter?
