Nemo 's collection - has a debt listed on my credit report that is not mine. I never signed a contract or entered into any contract with the people who owe this debt. I have disputed this with - - and Nemo 's to no avail. I have been unable to get credit or a loan due to this horrible ding on my credit report. I have attached the letter I sent to Nemo 's requesting all copies of said contract, etc. They did not send anything but a statement requesting payment. Further exploring by a family law official exposed the fact that this debt was discharged in a bankruptcy and is in the public records. I have also included the letter with the case number, as well as other supporting documentation.
