a couple of days before -/-/2015, I rceived a phone call by someone asking me to pay a debt for an unrecognised source. I asked them to send me the information to my house and provided the home address. They said they will send it to the collection agency. I said I am ok with that since I have no idea what they were talking about. Today I received the letter and it is by ProCollect Incorporated in -, Texas. I called the number they provided but one operator answers and forwarded me to no answer. The name of the creditor is - - -. I never lived in these apartments. As I saw and reserached online that creditor I understood immediately that : 1 ) they contacted the wrong person or 2 ) it is a fraud I would like to stop this and I was forwarded to this site by the ftc customer service.
