TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Illinois

My complaint is about www.annualcreditreport.com. - worked fine ; Trans Union said they were having technical difficulties and I had to request the report by snail mail. - also said I had to request the report by snail mail. - particularly asked identify questions that were such ancient history or so trivial I could not get them 'right '. For example, we had a loan with Bank - that was then bought out by Bank Z, but I could not remember when the buyout was so I got the answer 'wrong '. This is hardly the way to get accurate information to prevent oneself against identity theft!
