Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result New York

There is a - Bank account that does not belong on the report, - has agreed for removal and the reporting agency keeps saying verified, this is wrong information on my name and it hurts me to the bottom. I have included a copy of my report as well the letter from - bank showing the account in dispute.
