U.S. Bancorp Prepaid card department,

With a balance of approximately $42.00, I attempted to make a gasoline purchase at the pump. When I entered my zip code, the sale was rejected. The balance on the card is now $0.00, and the card issuer says it can take up to 14 days to restore the balance to the card.
