Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Pennsylvania

In - 2015 i accessed my free credit report and noticed a Medical bill. I have disputed the bill every mmonth since then 4 times. - and - removed the innaccurate collection. - is still reporting that i have a collection. I have called Account Resolution Services multiple times and asked them to validate the debt and provide more information which they have not done to date.
