I applied for an Amazon credit card about 5 months ago and Chase approved that -, but denied my application for a Chase Slate credit card saying I applied for too many credit cards within the last 24 months. So I tried to get a Slate card within this new year of 2016 and the denied me again and now my credit score will have a big ding on it and I have good credit. ( or did ). I would think this new year would be not involved in the past 24 months and I feel it is very unfair for Chase to include my new application in it! Does the fact you have good credit not mean anything to Chase Bank!!?? As long as your credit is good and you have been paying ALL your bills on time, it should n't matter how many cards you apply for. NOW my credit score will go down for NOTHING!!
