I had money in my savings account to pay my rent. It was taken and put into my over-drawn checking account without my permission. I spoke with a supervisor - - who was very condescending and kept saying " Why do you have to be reminded to put money in your account '' kept saying it over and over again. I told her I am not a child and she ca n't talk to me like that. I did not authorize money to be taken from my savings and put into my checking account. I told her to let me talk to someone else and she transferred me to a voice mail for - -. My account is overdrawn mostly by fees.
