Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Alabama

I was in contact with Transunion today -/-/2015, in an attempt to dispute hard inquiries currently showing on my credit file. I spoke to Customer Service Representative by the name of -. He stated that I could not dispute inquiries, because they were factual. I needed to contact the company directly in writing. I have written and spoke to creditors, on the phone, only to be told that I needed to dispute with the credit bureaus. In the meantime, the discrepancies go unresolved, because the creditors and credit bureaus are not on the same page. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. After being placed on hold several times, I was connected to - who stated he was a supervisor. I explained to him what I was trying to do. He, in turn, stated the same thing as the customer service rep. I then informed him that I was told by the CFPB that I had a right to dispute inquiries directly with the Credit Bureaus, as well as, obtain documentation used in the investigation. I currently have the following inquiries to be disputed : - - - - -/-/2015 and -/-/2015 - - via - 's - - - -/-/2015 - via - - -/-/2015 I could not dispute the inquiries, because both the customer service representative and supervisor refused to initiate the investigation.
