TransUnion Credit Reporting Complaint

TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Virginia

The division of Child Support Enforcement has been documented on my credit report since -/-/- ( according to Transunion ) however, it 's actually been there since -/-/-. Anyway, Transunion has allowed them to remain on my credit report since -/-/- without fail. I have documentation as a result of my many disputes from Transunion stating that this would finally be removed from my credit report -/-/-. I patiently waited until that time and then it finally did fall off for a total of 30 days. Now it has resurfaced as new and it is listed as a collection item that will be removed on -/-/-. This is an outrage, all the other credit agencies has seen fit to remove this from my report except Transunion. It appears that all the reporting company is required to do is to verify my full name and social security number. I was advised by Transunion that due to the fact that The Child Support Enforcement Agency has my personal information this will remain on my credit report forever. Child Support is reporting that I am making monthly payments to keep this on my credit, however, they are not reporting any payment amounts.Transunion is basically turning the other cheek on this. There are laws which indicate that if a payment is reported then the payment amount should also be recorded. Child Support is smart enough to know that if they record me as making payments then it could possibly remain longer. Why are n't the payment amounts being listed. This is unjust and something must be done. I would like for Transunion to remove this account from my credit report for once and for all.
