Credit reporting company's investigation problem with statement of dispute

TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Pennsylvania

I noticed when checking my credit report that there was a bankruptcy on there and I called transunion to dispute it and they told me that I would have to call the consumer which is the - - Court when in calling them I gave them the necessary information and they informed me that they had no record of me having a bankruptcy in there court system. So I then called back to transunion to dispute it once again and they sent me a letter stating that it is indeed me that has a bankruptcy. I have never lived in the state of California. Now I called the courts back and they had me get in contact with the US trustees, they did some digging and found out that it is a male with my madden last name and our last - digits are the same but the rest of our SS numbers are different. And for the life of me I do n't understand how this could happen and if I found out this information why could n't do the same. And if it is on Transunions why does n't it appear on the others if it were true. I would like this to be taken care of. They were rude when I called them and I really did not appreciate the way they talked to me
