The credit bureau did not perform a proper investigation of the account that is on my file. Furthermore, I asked them to perform another reinvestigation of the items on my credit report in accordance to the FCRA, Section 611, part B, subsection ( iii ). Please see the attached letter. They never sent me information that was required. This letter was sent to them certified.
