U.S. Bancorp Prepaid Card Complaint

General purpose card Fees

U.S. Bancorp Prepaid card department,

General purpose card North Carolina

Without receiving any notification that my account had gone inactive I was charged a $2.00 a month inactive fee. I went to use my card this month and apparently the $23.00 I had on it had been drained out slowly by this fee. After calling the company they refused to refund my money.
