JPMorgan Chase Bank Account Or Service Complaint

Checking account Deposits and withdrawals

JPMorgan Chase Bank account or service department,

Checking account Deposits and withdrawals California

On - - 2015, JP Morgan Bank deducted without authorization from my personal checking account $300.00 listed as an ACH payment to - -. I have never authorized any ACH payments from my account. I have never used the Debit card to make a debit purchase in the years I have had the account with Chase Bank. On - -, 2015, another $500.00 was deducted from my account without authorization as a new ACH payment. On - -, 2015, while depositing checks, I ran a statement of my last - transactions from the ATM and received a print out. I went into the branch and alerted the bank to the fraud. The fraud division at Chase did not answer the phone for 28 minutes even though the call was from the branch. After several calls on the morning of - - 2015, I received the information that anyone with my checking account number and routing number ( which is on the face of every check ) can withdraw money from a person 's checking account in any amount! No written authorization from me, no notice to me of the withdrawal from my account. Nothing. Robbing people 's money at Chase

Is there any background check on the party requesting an ACH? I wonder if my - year old mother would recognize an ACH debit from an organization that appears to be a utility bill ( in my case - - ) or an insurance bill ( - - - ). This is the easiest method to rob the elderly and the majority of Americans who do not pay attention to their accounts. What has government done to stop this looting of accounts? It appears very little has been done. What is the purpose of CFPB if it can not protect the basic checking accounts of citizens. What is - - doing about this looting of accounts by simply submitting ACH requests? Does - - have the personal fortitude to correct this problem? Senator - - fought for - - to be head of CFPB - I am hoping that - - has the personal fortitude to make a difference in this matter and make his parents proud of his actions - not just of his title as head of CFPB and his salary and benefits.
