Closing/Cancelling account Puerto Rico
US Bank has closed - accounts and - out the credit limit on - other credit card accounts and has confiscated about $9000.00 worth of reward points without warning. No letter has been sent advising reasons for the closure. Repeated request for comment by the company has been left unanswered.
