Early in the -/-/2014 my Vivint panel board went out. I repeatedly contacted them regarding the outage and was continually asked to do some system checking from my end. After doing so they never sent someone to repair my service. I made multiple calls to them over the last 8 months or so and they have continued to refuse to send someone out unless I continue to repeat the steps that do not repair the problem. I explained multiple times that I had called multiple times and they said they have no record of the calls although I can produce my phone records showing the calls and the amount of time I was - the calls. I asked to speak with a manager on - calls and was told the same thing by each that I had to once again repeat the steps then they still do not send out a technician to fix the system. I have had no service and now they are attempting to collect payment through a collection agency, Focus Receivables Management , LLC. I have requested on multiple occasions if they will not fix it to just send someone to get their equipment and cancel my service. Again, neither of which has happened.
