The eversource company has continued to try and collect a debt from me from an account that was opened in a nearby town in 2014. They sold the collection to collection services, knowing that I believed the account was fraudulent! In 2014, I still lived at home and I was still a minor under the age of -. I have called them numerous times, and they have said time and time again that they would not try and collect the debt anymore. Now it keeps showing up on my credit report, even though I never opened the account to begin with! My ID and plenty of paperwork proved that I did not live in the billed city and I was not of legal age to even open an account. I do not know who stole my identity but I want the debt cleared.
