Transunion has mailed a paper copy of report in response to CFPB # -.In their response, regarding inaccurate/incomplete reporting of FIRST - - # - that the date of first delinquency is " reporting '' as -/-/-.SEE ATTACHED REPORT, THE DATE OF 1ST DELINQUENCY IS NOT REPORTING. also the amount of payment received on -/-/-, the date of last payment was $12.00, not -, as reported.THE PAYMENT TABLE does not portray the date of 1st default, or subsequent delinquencies or that the chargeoff date is 180 days from the first default. BY THIS INCOMPLETE /INACCURATE REPORTING BY TRANSUNION , my credit is not fairly and accurately portrayed in violation of FCRA. IN ADDITION, THE - DOLLAR BALANCE, PAST DUE, AND HIGH BALANCE IS FRAUD BY THE CREDITOR.THAT AMOUNT IS E-CESSIVE AND ILLEGAL ACCORDING TO THE -/-/- CREDIT CARD ACT.IT IS E-CESSIVE BY LAW RELATING TO ALLOWABLE PENALTIES AND INTEREST BY @ - DOLLARS.
