Credit card Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt California

i have been contacted by First Source Advantage for a - CC debt from 10 years ago, the debt has not been on my credit report for years. could be potentially legit debt, I have been cleaning up my credit I 'm unsure what I have paid off in the past. I have ask for verification of this debt and even provided an updated address. they have failed to send any information. they called back after a month, i still had n't received any information, they verified the address in their system, which was correct. Here it is another month later I Have n't received any documentation and they called again. I told them i have n't received anything from them still and not to call me again.
