About 4 or 5 years ago I had to bankrupt due to lots of medical bills for my son. AT that time I got an attorney and it was really pretty simple. About 6 months ago I was looking into refinancing since my finance charge had gone up due to the bankrupt agreements. I could not seem to get anyone to talk to me about refinancing. To make a long story short my loan was never reaffirmed. I had no idea what that meant until now and I do not know how that happened. For this reason I went back to my attorney and he had to reopen my case. I have since foundout that my perfect payment record is not being shown on any credit beaureau. In other words it is like i do not even own my house. The attorney said they could not do that so now I am find out that apparently they can. My complaint is this. I was not told by anyone about this. They reaffirmed my car but nothing was said about the house. Now the mortgage company says it is my attorneys fault and my attorney says it is thiers. All I


do. I think I am being thrown from one person to another saying it was each others fault and here I am still with no house. No credit showing and can not refinance to get my percentage rate down to an affordable monthly payment. Please let me know what I can do. I feel like I have been given the run around by everyone. I have paid out lots of dollars to try to get this corrected and now it looks like I am losing that as well. Please give me an idea as to my next step to fix this. Sincerely and I am not sure what they have done I went from fixed to I believe they call an arm now
