This is about my primary Residence located at -, -. This notice is brought before you because a " debt collector '', has engaged in consumer debt collection activities within Wells Fargo Bank of New Jersey, against me. Wells Fargo Bank is attempting to collect the debt in relation to a mortgage Note, which they are not the " original lender '' or " creditor '' to whom the debt was owed. In - of, 2013, Wells Fargo Denied my request for permanent Modification of my qualifying loan


I have repeatedly provided Wells Fargo with all my financial information, including bank statements and cash flow analysis showing that the building is self sustaining in it 's ability to repay the Modified Loan Requested. But as of this time, they still refuse to help me save my primary residence. This is a self sustaining rental property, if I receive the Mortgage Modification. It is my belief that Wells Fargo is engaged in " Redlining '' for failure to assist me with my property, in -, New Jersey, that I believe qualifies for at least - of the many Federal Programs designed to help borrowers maintain the integrity of their neighborhoods as laid out by the Housing and Urban Development Agency. Therefore I seek your assistance with filing a complaint under Section 5 ( a ) of the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. 45 ( a ), which prohibits " unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce ''.
