Toyota Motor Credit Corporation Consumer Loan Complaint

Vehicle lease Shopping for a loan or lease

Toyota Motor Credit Corporation Consumer Loan department,

Vehicle lease Shopping for a loan or lease California

I contacted Lexus Financial Services by phone - prior to returning my leased - - to - dealership in - -. I asked - very specific questions, - ) whether they sell mileage at a discounted price ( like - or - ), and - ) if they would waive my last - payments if I got another - as advertised by dealership and Lexus FS. Both times I was told they did n't sell discounted mileage, and I DID qualify for payment waiver. So, based on what I was told, I leased my second - - before I returned my first -. Today I made a courtesy call to LFS to let them know that I returned my vehicle on - -, - and to give them heads up as far as final billing. Well, here is the surprise catch : I was still required to make the last - payments of my lease contract because I DID NOT purchase my - vehicle at the same time of returning the first -. Did anyone EVER mention this to me as a condition for a waiver? NO, NOT EVEN THE - TIME WHEN I CALLED. I asked them to pull

have a second - because, once again, I did not obtain it at the same time of the return. I am about to have a - -. This is a cheap shot by LFS for a valued customer like me, who got - - vehicles based on their advertisement and promotion, who has a credit score over -, who never had a late payment. I told them how could a dealership promise something they could n't provide? They told me they were not responsible for what dealerships promised or promoted. I asked them how was that possible, do n't dealerships act on behalf of LFS and they also follow LFS guidelines? They said they did not answer for dealerships. They follow strict guidelines and policies as far as last - payments waiver promotion. This is a total absurd. Should n't they let you know when you call and as a specific question? Should n't they let you know at the dealership? I think they are so eager to sell a car at the dealership that they oversee explaining the details of ongoing promotions. As soon as you are out of the dealership, NO PROMOTIONS APPLY. This i unfair advertising practices. I am at a loss and so angry that I am going to seek legal advise as to how to return my new vehicle and simply NEVER deal with LFS again. This is such a low-balling that I am speechless. I wish I read all the bad reviews at - here before I considered buying a -. HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, MISGUIDING, AND CHEAP SHOTS ... They are very dishonest. They said they sent a certificate explaining the promotion details, but I never got it, that was why I called them - in different times and received the misdirecting answer from them. They simply want me to pay for - cars instead of waiving my last payments of about $650.00 as PROMISED and ADVERTISED.
