Called Mortgage company several times to have my PMI removed. As of yet nobody has been able to help me but to tell me that its not to be removed till i only have % 20 of loan left to pay off there showing -. I took my mortgage out in - my house value was - and i balance on my loan is - according to my math i had reached my 78 % at which point legally should have come off.
