I do not know Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Florida

A company claiming to go by the name DSS contacted me on two occasions, -/-/- at - - and -/-/- at - -, stated that I would be receiving a summons in a civil action against me. They claimed that I owed money from several pay-day loans that were defaulted on around -/-/- and/or -/-/-. I did not answer the call on -/-/- ; however, I did answer and spoke with a representative, - -, on -/-/-. She stated that I would be served legal papers at either my home or place of work if I did not make an arrangement to pay the delinquent debt over the phone. I asked for validation of debt, and at that point - - became combative, stated that the validation of debt had already been sent, and wished me the good luck with the impending legal suit. This is not the first time this company has contacted me claiming legal action, and just as in the case of the previous contact, no " legal action '' has befallen me.
