I paid debt in full to - in - 2014. I asked to make sure, was there any paperwork or anything I needed to sign, etc. To finalize everything. She said no. I went on my way and was never contacted about a " debt '' until about two months ago when I filed a dispute after realizing it was, for some reason, on my acct as a debt. I have contacted the current apartment manager, - -, who says they have misplaced my records and they never got filed but that she knows I paid it. I have filed dispute with the company and it has been denied
