I signed as a guarantor on a lease for my son - - on - - - on a 1 year lease. On - -, - my son signed a new lease on his own, which is the last lease. He signed - prior to that. Once he signed a new lease on his own, I was no longer responsible. This was sent to collection, National Credit systems and they are now saying I owe them. In - -, I commenced to dispute this account and the dispute ended on - -, -, they are still reporting this account as being in dispute and - - - - - is verifying falsely that this account is still in dispute to prolong and stop me from moving forward in closing a loan.
