Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Michigan

I have been having issues with paying the full payment each month to One Main Finacial. I have tried talking the ladies at the local office and letting them know that even though I am paying less than the normal payme I am paying something at least once a month. I receive harassing phone calls from them on a daily basis pressuring me to pay more that I can not afford to and now thy are calling not only me but my place of employment and my co borrower and his place of employment. I have asked them several times to stop since I am paying something on the loan each month and it continues everyday sometimes - times a day. I am afraid they are going to cause me to loose my job then none of my bills will get paid.
